Life at Value Consulting:
I have completed 3 years at Value Consulting and I have no hesitation in mentioning that it has been a rewarding one. The journey has been very challenging but the faith that the management and senior team mates have shown in me have made me accept these challenges and I have completed them successfully.
The knowledge sharing culture that prevails in the organization is something which is exceptional and rarely exists. I will definitely pass on the same to my juniors and ensure that the culture is maintained.

I can't believe I have completed more than 3 yrs with Value Consulting and still want to continue for many more years. Organizational cultural, knowledge sharing, interpersonal relations, understanding and cooperation with seniors are few of the qualities which compel me to continue with VC. The senior take personal interest in the growth of their team members which I'm yet to find in any Organization. They motivate you to do better and better and participate in your success. I feel like I'm with my family at VC.
I have joined Value Consulting three years back and I indeed count Value Consulting as a milestone in my career. I joined as an HR Executive in Human Resource Team (Global Mobility and Immigration)and I am proud to be a part of the team that delivered the right people to the right places, with proper support, which is critical to the success of businesses in the complex and fluid arena o[censored].S. immigration policy, international and U.S. companies face aggressive government enforcement and a rash of new laws. In the ever-evolving global economy, businesses face critical needs for personnel transfers across the globe in a timely and efficient manner to maintain a competitive advantage.
I really liked the work culture and co-operation here which not only helped me give my best but also helped me to learn new practices, quality delivery essentials which I think is an integral part of the Value Consulting.
On this platform, I would like to share my joining experience with all of you that, VC provided me the platform to show my caliber. It was the happiest moment of my life, no doubt. Starting package was less but platform to perform was good. With the help of my seniors I gave my best and blessed with good appraisal based on performance.
I would like to express special thanks to my manager for his confidence shown in me. Company is continually adding value to its client and to the professional life of all of its employees like me. I look forward towards my long term relationship with Value Consulting.
I feel everyone should ask themselves as I asked: Why should we serve VC? And without a delay I got the answer as below.

• Working Environment created by them.
• Exposure.
• Freedom of speech.
• Open discussion about anything.
• Challenges coming now and then.
• Knowledge bank (colleagues).
• Research and development.
Problems are like other side of coin and I will not say that VC has no problematic areas but then every company has one or another and everyone should analyze his/her carrier goal and choose the best option.
The level of transparency & cooperation is hard to find. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to start my career in Human Resources - Global Operations.

Beware...Beware...Beware..!!! To all new aspirants, Every single hard earned penny by you has a great value and future!!!
My motto is to save your money not to reach these cheaters bucket as they will not return to you.
This is number 1 Fraud company with highly trained Professionals(Irresponsible, No ethics, No values, Even ready to kill any one for money). There is no much between these these people and terrorists, ISIS groups. They kill people and these guys eat money like. we wont let our hard earned go in vein. I will take legal action if they didn't refund my money.
I got strongly cheated interms of money and mentally. I have given them 1.58L which includes my 1year savings and my mother gold ornament which she put in mortgage.
When ever i remember all these things, I loose my patience and gets lot of angry.
My Dear Value Consulting Team players...
You already know and had a big list in your hands that with how many innocent people you have played and cheated with your bloody tricks in every year. I heard you haven't refund money since 2011 and had big queue to clear.
Generally during Jan to March of every year, on the name H1B visa process you guys collects security deposits. When you asked for security deposit, innocent people trusts you and send you amount their day and night hard earned instantly with out any delay. But actual picture starts after then where will use strategic words like Hope, Patience and Luck etc. and this will never end. Later few months they wont lift calls/No email response and they will cut the calls if they identify you
But on one day I'm 100% sure that who ever involved, they and their family will face 10times more difficulties.
Guys, Please don't think that people will forgot and ignored what you did to them. No one will forgot you. But on one day they will bounce back and drag you to streets and make you beg and then you will realize that beggar are better than you guys.
You guys (Mr Solom Sir and dear Priyanka Madam). I dont know whether its your real name or not. But my frustration level reached to peaks dealing with you guys. You have been telling me to be patience since Feb'2015 for H1B and then for refund. You already know that there wont be any output. But you guys managed to cheat and have been cheating every one successfully.
My sincere request to you guys is do some positive work with positive organizations and don't cheat innocent public. It costs you alot.
Please awake before people teaches you tough and hard life lesson.
