All positive comments are written by Ashish or his stooges - they will show as if a candidate or a consultant who is working with them currently is happy with them. Ashish you also know in this world people will not take time to write negative and will never waste time to write positive feedback... anyways well tried

have allegedly taken a sum of Rs. 1, 36, 400 /- in the name o[censored]S H1B visa processing and was supposed to make refund of the entire amount on their own record and promise, as the case did not proceed after lottery stage, but till date they have dealt immense harassment and is neither responding to calls or informing anything about refund. Whenever I try to reach them they say different things, generally avoid conversation, slam the phone, etc. On their own account they were supposed to refund by July/Aug ’15. Me and my friend have applied through them, he got his approval but unfortunately i didn't get picked up and everything has been settled till now. It's amaze to see your concern but as per my information people who had cooperated and had patience had been resolved till now and others are still in process. Is it something related to New H1 for this Year ? if it is so then yes process was slow but last week my brother's issue was sorted and hence i have been asked to share my experience over here. And process is still on and rest will be sorted by this month end because numbers are too high (As conveyed by them). He have been informed to wait till October so he did so and things had been executed.

Priyanka who mails from IntelliScreen for forged agreement to refund amount is actually the coordinator for Value Consulting and works from the same Oshiwara office, Mumbai.
These fraudsters have multiple cheating cases against them. The owner of Value Consulting is Manish Sawhney who runs this racket to of dummay H1B processing and not return money back to candidates.
There are close aids like Nilesh Prabhu who does work for Manish and big liar.
there are dummy names like Solomon, Charles, Alan ..and the fake English names are all their employees sitting at their Oshiwara, Mumbai office.
They even take INR 2500 to conduct interviews from the job seekers so you can understand their working standards.

I know few people, who got H1B. How they got it ?

I am Not sure what you are referring to. At one side you are saying they did not hire you and other side you mentioned you are ex employee of this company. I got my visa processed smooth and things went well till now. As per online records they have good numbers in Green Card and H1B both and that was the sole reason to join them, rest i can't say as i just joined them.

Priyanka calls from Intelli Screen to sign a dummy agreement for refunds which is fake. Police complain and FIR is required to lodge a formal complain and with USCIS.

I just got the email as new comment added here. I can see few people are so much eager to lodge complain like Henry and dharti. I hope at least someone would have took legal action against them. Then company should have been shut down till now. But unfortunately this company is still running smoothly. SAD FOR YOU GUYS. It's fun to read comments of same people with different names.

These fraudsters have multiple cheating cases against them. The owner of Value Consulting is Manish Sawhney who runs this racket to of dummay H1B processing and not return money back to candidates.
There are close aids like Nilesh Prabhu who does work for Manish and big liar.
there are dummy names like Solomon, Charles, Alan ..and the fake English names are all their employees sitting at their Oshiwara, Mumbai office.
They even take INR 2500 to conduct interviews from the job seekers so you can understand their working standards.

am Mr.MahendraChavan recruiter of Value C consulting INC. I have been told by Value management including HR Manager Avinash, Director Nivedita and Assistant Resource Manager Nishant that I have revealed some internal information to Okaya Inc management which had caused Okaya to hold INR 25 lakhs of payment of consultants who belongs Value consulting. I have been asked by Value management after conference call with me on 7th August 2012 to leave office immediately at 1.15 a.m. IST due to above mentioned reason.I have been also told that Okaya claiming that they have some evidences which shows I have revealed information to Okaya and Okaya management informed this to Value consulting due to which Value consulting hold my one months salary and variable cost and put me on hold till they complete investigation on issue.

Sir I have humble request to you please let me know if Okaya has any proof of this incident which shows that I have revealed any internal information of Value consulting to Okaya management. I have been in contact with Himanshu Pandey recruiter of Okaya in regards of P.O. of SuchitaLaxman and as per my knowledge I never ever discuss anything else other than placement of Suchita Laxaman with anyone in the Okaya including Himanshu Pandey.

This whole incident caused me embarrassment in front of all staff members in Value consulting which have caused mental torture along with financial harassment to me.

These fraudsters have multiple cheating cases against them. The owner of Value Consulting is Manish Sawhney who runs this racket to of dummay H1B processing and not return money back to candidates.
There are close aids like Nilesh Prabhu who does work for Manish and big liar.
there are dummy names like Solomon, Charles, Alan ..and the fake English names are all their employees sitting at their Oshiwara, Mumbai office.
They even take INR 2500 to conduct interviews from the job seekers so you can understand their working standards.

This is to inform you that due to the regular delay in my salary payments, I have decided to quit from Value Consulting LLC effective from 9/19/2011.

Also to let you know that my contract with the current Client has also ended on Friday 9/16/2011. I will be moving back to Maryland and due to this I will be on leave next week.

As of date, I have received the paycheck for the month of August on 9/14/2011 (which was payment by DISYS for July) BUT I HAVEN'T received the amount yet in my account.Please treat this as urgent and kindly credit my account with the same.

Also, My salary payments for month of August and September are still due which need to be settled on 15th of next month. i.e 10/14/2011.

Even after all your complaints, the MD and senior employees of Value c Consulting have not changed. The MD is as arrogant as ever and continues insulting, abusing and threatening his employees as if he is untouchable. Keeps telling everyone " Main sabka baap hun". Calls his employees "Bhenchod" "Madarchod" "Chutiye" "Gandu" without care (even to females), creates fights among employees by instructing the senior employees to harass the junior employees and some senior employees follow his instructions and fight with their juniors.

He keeps threatening employees that he will follow them to their grave and make sure they are not employed anywhere if they quit his organisation. Recently he has started taking signature of employees on a bond and taken signed blank cheque from them in case they quit. This is illegal in India but he doesn't care. He got a service tax notice for 3 years by the government asking him details if he has paid last 3 years service tax. Not only that, if some employee asks some help from him in terms of advance salary if someone is unwell at his or her house, he responds that its not his problem if anyone is unwell.

He "trains" his employees to bribe the clients with commission cuts and money, parties, women. He teaches them to lie and attract clients by offering them jobs if they give him business. Recently one senior employee got him advance from a company worth crores. Now he is saying he used that money to pay off his old loans and telling that employee to get more advance. Anyway he knows that he cannot deliver but keeps asking his sales people to get more and more orders especially advance money from clients. He is planning to wrap up this company and start a new company soon in Jogeshwari with a new name.

He has a habit of threatening his employees that he will hold their salaries and that he will humiliate and throw them out in front of everyone. Anyway he keeps 15 days of every-one's salary with him which he never pays. He likes to harass poor employees who work hard for salaries. He has not given salaries and relieving letters for more than three months for innumerable employees by now. He himself has so many police complaints against him for molestation of female employees, yet he keeps a close eye on personal lives of his employees as to which male employee is close to which female employee and himself likes to create controversy and shout at the employees concerned about it. I think in his mind he in the pre-British era and not yet matured to the modern times. He is 45 years old yet likes to tell everyone he is in his 30s. No lady is ready to marry him because of his daily binge drinking and violent behaviour. He has a very big paunch and looks extremely ugly with his wrinkled face and stupid long hair which hides his baldness, yet he thinks of himself as very handsome and very muscular.

I hope he is taken to task someday and someone takes proper action and he gets the just rewards for playing with so many employees' lives and careers so far.

The MD is such a big insecure fool who gets a high on calling meetings in the conference room daily for hours and only talks about himself saying that he is most knowledgable and knows each and every topic. Everyone agrees and nods their heads, says "correct, correct" and then once we are out of the conference room, everyone says what a useless and zero knowledge dimwit our MD is and we all laugh to our hearts content.

Not one employee talks good about him, not even the oldest peon, his adopted VP-fingering who is kept as he allows his to be kicked so that the "boss" can remove his daily frustration or even the old pervert. The last two people will anyway never be employed elsewhere, so they have no choice but to be there. Of course we all know what the ex-employees have to say, everyone wants to delete their experience in value consulting and have only negativity and bad energy for the MD which will get to him sooner rather than later, I am sure.
