HI I worked in HCL tech from OCT2014 to OCT2016.

My PF is not yet transferred to my current company or EPFO. As per the instructions I went HCL's off boarding portal and clicked on Provident fund it navigates to FRACTO HR Portal and it is giving error message saying user does not exist.

Hi Team,

I am an ex employee of HCL Technologies Ltd. and was employed for period March 1, 2011 to Feb 18, 2014. Then I joined Accenture Solutions Private Limited, where PF transfer was shown settled in EPFO portal. But when I joined another Company IBM India Private Limited then again when I initiated the online PF transfer it got rejected with the following reason -
"PREVIOUS EPS SERVICE IS NOT RECEIVED FROM GNGGN[protected]....

In UAN portal the details of DOJ EPF, EPS are not updated for the UAN :[protected]
MY HCL UAN number[protected] is changed to[protected].
Multiple emails sent to PFhelpdesk.[protected]@hcl.com and no response from them. I am not able to transfer EPS, i will be attaching the supported documents.

First of all there is no hr email id or admin id so we can send email for pf release. Secondly i wrote my first email on jan 14, 2025, 4:02 pm stating that i am sending you my (uan) which is[protected]. They said you need to follow link as you left hcl before 31st march’13. So you need to fill online form due to change in there policy. I tried to fill the or and it shows error

During my employment with HCL from[protected], a UAN was created[protected] which was not linked with my Aadhar card.
I had rejoined HCL in 2018 and HCL created a new UAN for me at that time[protected].
I am facing issues with this now since I have 2 UAN's in my name.
