    I have joined on 14-08-23 and resigned on 01-09-23 due to health issue.
    Submitted asset, am not able reset the password on offboaring link password not receiving to my personal email id, still not got the reliving letter.

      Hi Team,

      My employee id is 51845599.
      My last working day at HCL was on Nov 10th 2023. But whenever I'm trying to login to the offboarding portal, it says that an OTP is sent to my email id, but I am not receiving them. I'm unable to view any of the document.

        I'm an Ex-employee, my employee ID is 52159124

        I resigned and left HCL on Apr 4th after informing my manager and submitted all my assets on that day. I didn't serve the notice period of 3 months.

        After some time of leaving the company, I got mail from HCL that I needed to settle my dues by paying the notice pay recovery amount to them which I've paid now but the experience letter which is uploaded on the HCL offboarding portal is showing my last working day as Jun30th instead of Apr 4th.

        I've been trying to chase HR to correct my last working day on the experience letter, but they are not responding.

            OTPs came arrived 30 minutes late to my email after my first successfully login. I am locked out of the offboarding portal.

            I also did not see anything under the relieving letters or the other letter links on the profile page.

                  I get my PF transferred from HCL tech to my current employer, however the transferred amount is not reflecting in my Passbook on EPFO portal and also service history is not updated. When contacted EPFO grievance, they asked to provide EPS annexure K from previous employer HCL tech.
                  I am following with HCL PF transfer team for last couple of months to get Annexure K with UTR details, but the same is not provided so far. Also when contacted HCL EPS office team to provide Annexure K for EPS, they said it can not be provided. Here are my details. Please help to get Annexure K for EPS as well as Annexure K with UTR details for PF.

                      I worked at HCL from December 2007 to May 2011. Despite my persistent efforts, I couldn't find the HCL establishment ID necessary for the online PF transfer. Later, I discovered the Ex-employees portal and the process for Ex-Emp registration to initiate the PF transfer. After continuous follow-ups with HCL, the PF team instructed me to get Form 13 signed by my current employer for further processing. My frustration stems from HCL's lack of clear and complete information upfront.

                      Currently, I possess Form 13 from my current employer, but when I attempt to submit the request, the portal doesn't recognize my credentials. I've faced a series of issues with the portal, leading to login problems. I'm seeking assistance in dealing with HCL to facilitate my PF transfer.

                        I have been an ex employee of HCL and wanted to transfer my PF account to current account in order to withdraw it.
                        I raised request on EPFO portal for same but request was rejected but no reason was given.
                        Based on form 13 that was submitted i could see that my father's name was wrongly updated in my HCL account.
                        I sent out multiple emails to HCL PF help desk in order to get it updated. But there was no response.

                            I am an ex-employer of hcl and worked in hcl for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

                            Is there a way to get a copy of Provident fund statement(Provident Fund account number: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676), Payslip & Form 16 for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

                                I want a job so I have upload my resume in indeed and through naukri.com I got a call saying that you got selected for interview in HCL technologies company so on 16 September you have a telephonic interview so for that you have to pay ₹2400 and then after telephonic interview I got a email about my clearance of my telephonic interview round and then they ask me to pay ₹5800 for document verification and after document verification they asked me for security bond amount ₹14100 and then finally they asked me to pay ₹24850 for training purpose
