Value Consulting — Received amount o[censored]sd 2000 and no status update on filed petition since 7 months

I and some body I know paid money to these guys in 2015. Same story.. They said no lottery.. and its been 2 years, I am chasing them and no refund.. now they talk in rude way.. no response.. a lady named Priyanka who was in mumbai office kept on giving false assurance and till date.. no refund... FRAUD company..

Value Consulting is a H1B scam company, several people are affected by Value Consulting and frustrated don’t know what to do next. Here are list of steps to be taken to take legal action against them as soon as you came to know that you are cheated/abused by them. Please keep a copy of all complaints safely and all complaints are must so don’t miss anything from the list below

1. File a FIR (police complaint) in India and send FIR copy to CBI Mumbai Zone CBI [protected]@cbi.gov.in and [protected]@cbi.gov.in along the details in below suggested format
2. File an online local police complaint in USA ‘Loudoun County Sheriff's Office’

If you receive any form of threatening from Value Consulting Attorney for filing above complaints - Please make complaint against attorney.

Please use the below format as suggested by USICS

• The name of the H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (email subject)
• The address of the employer/company or location of the H-1B worker(s), including the city and state
• A description of the alleged violation, abuse, or suspected fraud
• Your email address
• Your name and phone number (optional)
• Any other information that may be useful to investigate the alleged fraud or abuse
• Email subject with H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (Ashish Sawhney)

It is very important to mention owner of the company ‘Ashish Sawhney’ in all the complaints. Please also mention other companies owned by Ashish Sawhney.

Its almost 3 years of waiting and frustration.

All Value Con guys should go to hell.

Forgot about visting Office, please don't even think about these cheating company and ###### employees.

I have visited more 30 times by traveling more 4 hours each time to meet new and ###### every time. but no refund and in turn i got headache and sun stoker many times.

Every one in this organization are highly trained like terrorists. Once you enter in their radar, forget amount money you will get mental pressure in return.

Please dont cheat people. One day every one of you get sure punishment for what you doing in N number of ways. Please make a note of it.

If you and company are authentic then come together and get my refund money back from this organization. Then i will believe you and your comments are true.

If that is the case please get out far from these value less fellows.

If anyone gets their H1B from Value Consulting, will he/she will not write here? I am confused, please who got their H1B, please write here.
