[Resolved] Value Infra Group — refund of booking amount and part payment by bank

I booked a flat in a project named skywalk greater noida west by the builder value infra group...my flat no. is A-181 ...Till date I put in around Rs.1900000 but there is no construction is going on...company's MD Mr. P.K.Singh and all other employees is never available in the office...they are not available on phone also...MD of the company Mr. P.K.Singh has already been sent to jail for misappropriating customers money which he collected for the same skywalk greater noida project. Greater Noida authority has cancelled the land allotted to builder to forfeit the due amount. I need my money back. Axis bank now put the case for recovering the part disbursement made.

Which type of help will you provide, the builder has absconding, authority has cancelled the plot allotted and what help you are going to give.
