I had booked 03 flats in the Value Infra Skywalk GNW Project in 2013, paying a total of Rs 50, 00, 000. To date, neither is there any information on the project, nor can I contact anyone from the builder's side.

However, on 6th December, the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police arrested another director of Value Infracon India Private Ltd from Mumbai. Upon requiring, I was informed that around 100 buyers have to come together according to NCLT. I'm ready to lawyer up and coordinate for the return of our money.

I have booked flat in Raj Nagar Ext. Skywalk project in 2012 while possession was in 2015 but still builder not started the construction and shut down all office and make people fool.

I had booked a flat (C-095) in value infra skywalk rajnagar ext. Ghaziabad project in 2014 paying a total of rs. 316921 (Rs. 200000 on 21.04.14 and rs. 116921 on 22.05.2014). However, till date neither there is any information on the project nor am i able to contact anyone from the builder's side. I am looking for immediate refund of my advance paid.

I booked flat in skywalks greater noida west and paid around 14 lacs the builder. Till date construction has not even started and i have also heard owner of value infra group was prisoned. Can someone help me in getting refund of my hard earned money. I have payment receipts with me also the allotment letter. Since committed possession timelines are already passed can someone help here.

I booked a flat in a project named skywalk greater noida west by the builder value infra group...my flat no. is A-181 ...Till date I put in around Rs.1900000 but there is no construction is going on...company's MD Mr. P.K.Singh and all other employees is never available in the office...they are not available on phone also...MD of the company Mr. P.K.Singh has already been sent to jail for misappropriating customers money which he collected...

I had invested my hard earn money rs 17 lakhs with the value infra group in skywalk project rajnagar extention. Company provided me a post dated cheque, which was bounced. I tried to contact the company head office and the other branches, but all have been shut down. Since last two years i am trying to get my money back but there is no point of contact and response from any where.
Please help me to get my money back.

I have also taken a flat in skywalk noida extension in july 2014 and amount paid around 19, 67, 870/- to builder value infra and emi is also running from bank against the properties. Now, builder absconded from project site and all offices of the builder closed. Currently bank chasing for payment and harassing for their money back.

Can anybody help me out how can i get my money back? Is there running any association, please confirm.

Refer to my complaint id 1657234. The matter is not resolved yet.
I purchased a flat in meadows vista phase-1 in raj nagar extension, ghaziabad, made full payment to builder, "no dues certificate" was issued, its registry was done on 12.01.2015 and at the time of registry the staff of m/s value infra assured to hand over the flat after interior work in another 2 to 3 months. However the possession of the flat has not been given to me till date. However, within a few months m/s value infra closed all its offices and since then nobody is traceable. I made visits to the premises and found caretaker (Mr. Amit) who assured to hand over the key after few construction by contractor (Mr. Ranjit singh). During my last visit on 27.10.2017, i found the flat locked and nobody has the key. The key is not available in the office of flat owners association and nobody knows where is and who has the keys.

I had bought a 2bhk flat in meadows vista phase 2 in rajnagar extension gaziabad. Possession was promised in june 2013. But builder absconded since last one year, all offices, contact numbers, websites closed. No action by any govt agency. Gda has sealed the project due to their outstanding deposit. I have paid rs18lac. Money stuck, great economic loss. Emi continue. Plse take some positive actions to help people like us. Will be grateful forever.

I purchased a flat from m/s value infra in meadows vista phase-1 in raj nagar extension, ghaziabad after making full payment to the builder (I have the 'no dues certificate' duly issued by the builder). Its registry was done on 15.1.2015 and at the time of registry, the staff of m/s value infra promised to hand over the flat in another 2 to 3 months after completing the interior work. It has not been done till date. The office of m/s value infra does not exist now. I don't know what to do.

I had invested in skywalk raj Nagar extension. They provided with a post dated cheque. The cheques bounced and company is not reachable. The amount of money invested is huge and is around 19 lacs. Please look into this as soon as possible. Will requeat you to sell all the assest of this company and owner Pradeep including the land on which skywalk was to be made and provide tye required money as soon as possible.

Dear team,
It is to inform you that i have invested 2038560 in sky walk raj nagar ext. Which was running by mr. Pramod kumar singh md of value infra con india pvt ltd. He had given me option for buy back after 42 calendar month. And he had given me two cheques in advance. When i try to contact him, he hide him self and office were closed. When i put these cheques for clearance it was bounded. I had only option now to go to court under section 138, 82, 83, 420.

I had invested in under construction house property with m/s value infrabuild india pvt. Ltd. At plot no. GH-02C, sector 12, Greater Noida West, U.P. This was given to builder vide allotment letter dated 10 December 2012 by GNIDA.

However, even after more than 30 months there is no construction work at the site and md of company(PK Singh) is also absconding.

Kindly intimate what steps have been taken by GDA to cancel allotment of project to builder and return hard earned money of innocent investors.

I had booked a flat in may 2013 in skywalk project, rajnagar extension gaziabad from value infra group. I booked the flat by paying rs 3, 65, 000 i. E 15% of the cost value of the flat. Builder has promised to complete the project by dec 2016.

There is no progress at site and also no rep is available to register complaint.
Since, one year i'm trying to get refund back of my booking amount, but no response from the builder.

I have purchased a flat (F-61) in meadows vista ii project by value infra in 2010.
Have given handsome amount of rs.12 lacs cash and for remaining 5 lacs i had taken home loan from hdfc bank.

But today is jun 2016, the flat has not been prepared by builders and all the offices have been shut down.
No contact number, no contact person.

I have done 100% payment amounting to around INR 25 Lakhs. According to Builder Buyer Agreement I am supposed to get possession in March 2017 with 6 months of grace period.

For last 1 year there has been no work going on at the project site. Till now only the excavation is done and nothing else in almost 3 years. The builder is absconding. There is no person available at the corporate office. Infact that building is vacant now. There are some FIRs lodged against the builder also.

The mails to customer care and other email IDs of Value Infra are bouncing back. There is no way customer can contact. No phone numbers are working (out of order). The builder at the time of booking was part of CREDAI as stated in there brochures.

This is a clear case of fraud duping several homebuyers to the tune of crores of rupees.

I narendra kumar rec c 57 sec 8 dwarka delhi booked a flat in project sky walk tower B flat no 156 and pay the amount 215000 on 13.04.2013 but the said company not start the work and I submit the application regarding refund the amount on 09.06.2015 in the office of value infratech india pvt ltd H-198, sec 63 Noida but said company no any response and not refund my said amount.please considerd my matter.
