I booked 200 gram sachin tendulkar limited edition silver coin on 18.03.2014 for rs. 21999/-. When i booked online, it was clearly mentioned delivery within 10-12 days. After not getting coin by specified time i called them several times, only to hear excuses. On 17.06.2014 i received mail from [protected]@valuemartgold.com citing customs reason for delay of coin and they promised they will send coin by 28.06.2014. Again when i did’nt received the coins i mailed them. On 04.08.2014 they replied that customs issue will be resolved very soon and they will dispatch the coin by third week of august. After several phone calls they sent mail on 03.09.2014 that coin will be dispatched on 11.09.2014. When i did’nt received the coin after several false promises i mailed them to refund the money on 17.09.2014. On 18.09.2014 they replied by saying they expect to send the refund cheque by 05.10.2014. After failing again, i called them several times, for which they mailed to send the refund cheque by 17.10.2014. On 21.10.2014 they mailed saying they will refund the cheque on 31.10.2014. After several calls and mail by me they replied on 05.11.2014 that they will refund the cheque by 25.11.2014. Till date i have’nt received the cheque and also their website (Www.Valumartgold.com) is not opening and they are not taking any calls. I request you to help me. I found number of complaints on web portals against this company. Immediate action should be taken and director (Mr. Prabhakaran) should be arrested.
