I had booked a gold coin for Rs 33000/- order no 358.
Mr Prabhakaran agreed to refund money on 9/3/2013 as they were unable to give gold coin.
this has been going for more than 18 months and these guys are cheaters..
They have removed all the banners and hoarding from their office location, their phones do not work.
There is security outside their home.
This case should be brought to sachin tendulkar's attention.

I booked 200 gram sachin tendulkar limited edition silver coin on 18.03.2014 for rs. 21999/-. When i booked online, it was clearly mentioned delivery within 10-12 days. After not getting coin by specified time i called them several times, only to hear excuses. Not Refunding my money

Hi, I ordered a Sachin Tendulkar 20 G coin with them on 3rd of Aug 2014, when the product was not delivered they gave reason of some RBI regulation issue which i feel is baloony and delayed the delivery.
When i finaly asked them fort refund in first week of oct 2014 they asked me to write a mail to them, which i did to all possible ids including the id of owner as told by the staff which is prabhakaran @valuemartretail.com.
But no avail,...

Dear Sir/Madam I ordered for sachin silver coins on valuemartgold.com on 18th October 2013. My order no was 397 and I paid Rs 3150. I got mail from valuemart that due to RBI restrictions the company will be able to send the coins between 5th november and 15th november 2013. I gave my approval for the same, but after that I didnot receive any communication from their side. i wrote them mails for few times but I did not get any reply from company...
