[Resolved]  Valuemart Gold — order id - 1643 dated 7th april 2014 still not delivered

i have ordered one sachin tendulkar 20gms silver coin on 7th april 2014 order id - 1643 amounting Rs 2799/- but till date i have not received the coin. i have emailed the company several times but there is no response and even no one picks up the phone at the mentioned phone numbers. Its been almost 8 months and there is no answer from the company valuemart.
