I ordered a silver coin and paid them 21, 999 on March 2014. I was told by them till June 2014 that they have some customs problem and the coin should arrive from Swizerland. Till now I haven't received the coin. Now their website is not working, their phone is not working. Please be aware of these cheaters.

    I ordered two coins one gold and one silver and its been more than 2 and a half year I haven't received any coins. Even I asked for refund but they do not reply to mails and phone calls. The amount was of Rs.34950 (Mrs. Paramjit Kaur) account No. [protected] from where the amount was remitted. Bank is situated at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

    Valuemart Gold — Neither Refund nor Gold Coin being given by the company

    Order Number 130. Paid through Credit Card in May 2013 but inspite of talks till September 2014 neither the refund is being sent nor the Gold coin is being delivered.

    Non receipt of 20 Gram silver coin

    I have paid INR 2799 vide order # 1461/15.03.2014 for 20 Gram Silver coin. Despite lots of follow up I have not received the coin and even any response from Value Mart.

      i have ordered one sachin tendulkar 20gms silver coin on 29th april 2014 order id - 1681 amounting Rs 2799/- but till date i have not received the coin. i have emailed the company several times but there is no response and even no one picks up the phone at the mentioned phone numbers. Its been almost 8 months and there is no answer from the company valuemart.

        We placed an order of Sachin's gold coins on nov 17, 2013. It has been more than a year since then. I have contacted them multiple times. And every time they say they will send the coins and refund the money. But nothing has been done. no one picks up the phone ever. More than 7000 Rupess have been stuck in the process.

            we have sent cheque no.263327 dated[protected] for Rs. 349000/- payable at Bangalore but till date we have not received gold coins and silver coins so far further we have communicated so many times by phone, correspondence and also emails.please take immediate action despatch the gold coins immediate.

              Cheated by valuemart gold & jewels limited

              I booked 200 gram sachin tendulkar limited edition silver coin on 18.03.2014 for rs. 21999/-. When i booked online, it was clearly mentioned delivery within 10-12 days. After not getting coin by specified time i called them several times, only to hear excuses. On 17.06.2014 i received mail from [protected]@valuemartgold.com citing customs reason for delay of coin and they promised they will send coin by 28.06.2014. Again when i did’nt received the coins i mailed them. On 04.08.2014 they replied that customs issue will be resolved very soon and they will dispatch the coin by third week of august. After several phone calls they sent mail on 03.09.2014 that coin will be dispatched on 11.09.2014. When i did’nt received the coin after several false promises i mailed them to refund the money on 17.09.2014. On 18.09.2014 they replied by saying they expect to send the refund cheque by 05.10.2014. After failing again, i called them several times, for which they mailed to send the refund cheque by 17.10.2014. On 21.10.2014 they mailed saying they will refund the cheque on 31.10.2014. After several calls and mail by me they replied on 05.11.2014 that they will refund the cheque by 25.11.2014. Till date i have’nt received the cheque and also their website (Www.Valumartgold.com) is not opening and they are not taking any calls.

              I request you to help me. I found number of complaints on web portals against this company. Immediate action should be taken and director (Mr. Prabhakaran) should be arrested.

                I had booked 200gm Sachin Tedulkar coin on 15th of March 2014. I had been told by your executive to delivered the same by last week but till date I have not received coin. When I booked online, it was clearly specified deliver within 10-12 Day. I have not received any valid justification for delay nor received any satisfactory answer from your team. After long waiting for six month with all false promises, decided to go for refund request. Even same things happened with refund process.. The cheque bounced two times. Even they have not maintain Rs 350 in their account. So far three cheque is bounced from their end due to insufficient fund. This is clear cut case of fraud. I am going to logged the FIR against company. In addition I'll write the about the company fraudulent activity in media, regulator.& cyber crime cell, social media to protect buyers intrest.                   i had placed order for silver coins of Sachin Tendulkar and also Lakshmi and Ganesh coins. After severe follow up they despatched Sachin silver coin and cited RBI norms and some custom problems. I had asked for the refund of the money and they have promised to do so, but till date has not been credited into my account .

                    I had booked 200 gms and 20 gms of silver coin of Sachin Tendulkar on 24th April 2014. I got 20 gms of silver coin within 1 month but 200 gms coin is not yet received. Whenever I call or mail about delivery they give new dates. The tragedy is that these coins are freely sold by retail ornaments shops in Mumbai. This time I have got final date 12 th November for either delivery of coin or refund of the amount. IIf they fail this date then I am going to file a case on the company and their directors. I request you all to make a group and file a case and Show them that they can't cheat us. They need to compensate us.

Then in starting of April month, I call them for getting the status of my order. During that time they told me that, “you will receive your coin by[protected]”. But it was not happened.                       Dear Sir/Madam I ordered for sachin silver coins on valuemartgold.com on 18th October 2013. My order no was 397 and I paid Rs 3150. I got mail from valuemart that due to RBI restrictions the company will be able to send the coins between 5th november and 15th november 2013. I gave my approval for the same, but after that I didnot receive any communication from their side. i wrote them mails for few times but I did not get any reply from company side.                         Good day,

                        There was a newspaper advertisement in Time of India on 27-mar-2014 for sale of Bharat Ratan Sachin Tendulakars limited edition silver coins.
                        I am a fan and hence ordered 200g limited edition silver coin from Value Mart Retail (Bangalore) or valuemartgold.com. It is now over a month and the retailer has not delivered the product. I am frustrated and have made many calls to the Retailer with no result. Is this a scam to cheat fans for few crores of rupees? I request you to intervene and take stock of situation, this is really important. Many others may also be cheated like me. Immediate police action is needed and director (Mr. Prabhakaran) should be arrested and his assets siezed.


                        I see that a number of complaints exist on web portals for this company, I feel badly cheated. A prompt and quick response is needed, this company has formed a habit of this and all promoters needs to be arrested.

                          I am also one of the person cheated by this firm, I ordered 200g silver coin valued at 21, 999/-. Same story, first they said that year ending accounts and then customs problem and then Swiss Minting delay and then this weekend sure. Then I told to cancel; they said it will take four weeks!! The promoters of Valuemart Gold need to be arrested and jailed. They are serial cheaters.

                          HI All,

                          My order no. is 1729 (total 6 coins) Even I've been facing the same problem. Every time I call one Mr. Prabhakaran promises to deliver on a particular date. But has failed to keep up the same. The website of Value Mart says that the goods will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Now it is almost 6 months past. And now when I called he says that the cheque will be dispatched soon. This is purely cheating. Valuemart has been using my money for the last 6 months for it's business purposes. And more over in all this the image and brand value of the little master Sachin Tendulkar is been hit the most. WIll surely write the same to him too, and request him to take action against Value Mart.

                            I made an online purchase of 10 gm gold coin and 10 gm silver coin of sachin tendulkar edition from valuemart gold The payment was made by cheque in may 2013.. Its nov and there has not been any processing of my order. They informed that the shipment of coins has been delayed due to RBI regulations and offered for refund of my money. I opted for the same however they are again delaying citing management and business issue. I have been waiting for the last 7 months but there is no progress on my refund. I strongly advise not to buy anything from this company!
