Sir,
I book my 200 gram Sachin Tendulkar limited edition silver coin on[protected] and order number is 1460. After confirmation of order, they give no response.
Then in starting of April month, I call them for getting the status of my order. During that time they told me that, “you will receive your coin by[protected]”. But it was not happened.
Then I send them mail on[protected] to below mentioned customer care addresses [protected]@valuemartgold.com and [protected]@valuemartgold.com. They give reply on date[protected] in that mail they mention, they will deliver me coin by[protected], but they again failed.
Then I apply for refund on date[protected]. They give me reply on[protected] with expected delivery date that is[protected]. Same thing happened again, they never dispatch the coin.
Again I send them mail for refund on date[protected]. They give me reply on[protected] with expected date[protected] of refund; again they were not kept their words.
At this juncture I have no hope from them,
Please register a complaint against this company for my refund.
