Vantage Immigration Consultancy — Qmas visa process fraud

I had paid Rs 48000/- as my Visa registration fee in 2019 to Vantage immigration which is situated at Delhi. And after that I can't contact them. All the mobile numbers and land phones are switched off. I am going to take legal action against them. But i have no idea how to take legal action against vantage immigration.
