I booked a flight from Kolkata to Delhi on 04 Feb 23 for 6300 rupees which automatically got aborted and PNR was not allotted. However refund of the same hasn't been issued despite almost two months being over and at least ten called made from my side. Everytime there is a new executive who has no clue of the case and false assurance is provided. Was this information helpful? |
