We have booked a ticket from Chennai to Kochi for 25th of January on 15th December'22, with booking id is VID[protected]. We got the booking confirmation over the mail which has an onward flight (Akasa Air QP- 1308) and return Indigo 6E- 539, We tried searching that PNR on airlines website but could not find any details there and when we called there customer representative they told me that the PNR is not valid one. One 23rd Jan we received a mail from Varafi stating Booking Aborted and refund will be done between 48 hrs to 7 working days. Customer service executive not allowing to speak with there managers.
