I've ordered 3 hand bags worth Rs. 597 on 24th Nov. 2020. It was suppose to get delivered by 4th of Dec.2020, but I didn't received my order. Also I did not get any update on my order till now, I just got an email saying that your order has been placed. Also, the website says that they have 24*7 customer service through mail, I've mailed almost 10-15 mails till now but I didn't get a single reply to that. This is a really bad service that you want your customer to pay online and once the paid online you just stop responding like nothing happened. I want my money back asap. Initially I thought of ordering more items once my 1st order comes, but now I know that this is a fraud website, I just want my money back, that's it. Was this information helpful? |
