I brought a avenger 220 cruise on 20th jan and last week my spring pedal fell of when i was in a heavy traffic. I could feel the brake pedal becoming loose. I went to the service center centre and told them. They asked me to buy the spring and then they would replace it or asked me to get the lost spring which i cannot as it fell off in traffic. They said they would contact me later but they just don't care. While buying the bike, they take money for extends warranty but when time comes, they try to escape. Such poor service.

Thank you very much sir. After I raised this complaint they saw it and then called me over to fix it. In future if they do the same thing, I will certainly send you a mail. Thank you very much for your concern.
I got my new bike ns 200 without completing my first service oil seal has been damaged.. I repared...and again with in 15 days again damaged so i gaved my bike in authorized service center in kondapur .they said that shld change complete part ... 1 month completed they r not giving any responce ...how long i could wait for my bike.
