Number plate and RC not getting

BOMMISETTI Gangabhavani purchase a pulsar 125 byke in varun bajaj showroom on 22/10/2021 at palakollu, westgodavari dist. Andhrapradesh, Recently we transferred to another location, and I asked several times for number plate and RC information, they are not responding and not support to me. Plz resolve the complaint urgently.

Respected sir this SUDARSANA GUPTA, I am from west godavari Nidadavole the local varun bajaj point people was infront of my house they showed and tented as we are asked the local varun bajaj person they are roudly behaving to us and if can anyone we dont care about it we paying muncipal tax we are put it here only here my mother only staying lonely and she doesn't have any support so please file compliant the these varun bajaj people and again they dont repeat the these things

I have exchanged and bought a new vehicle from your varun bajaj Isukathota show room on Nov 2017 but recently i have to know that my exchange vehicle (AP31 CR 4735 hero glomur) owner name not been changed and showing my name (Peda NageshwarRao K) as owner of the vehicle.
For this clarification / request i have approached the showroom every month twice and 5years continues visit the showroom there is no resolution from your end.
Now i wish to purchase another vehicle due to this issue i have to extra tax unnecessarly
Hope top management understand the severity and resolve the issue as soon as possible

Worst service by varun Bajaj I ever seen as I sold my bike to them still rc had not transferred to another customer name who bought that almost 5years but not responding full cheating people only working there the manager is number 1cheater when we went there to ask these things he directly shouting on us.

Incorrect service and higher charges

I 25 days back I have given my pulsar ra 200 bike to service at varun bajaj kondapur, Hyderabad
They said need to change parts and charges 5890 rupees. After 20 days my bike stopped running and they are not responding doing properly when I contact them

I was buy a pulser 150 abs since 2019 . I want refinance but they not respond. And I was lose my insurance letter. And I asked for insurance letter. They told sorry we can't give u letter. । and full of neglegency. ।।।no response fast. Very care less. Plz be change the attitude of staff. ।

Today evening I have serviced my bike . After that while paying the bill they the amount was 2700so I paid through phone pay. But actual amount was 2000 . The staff members are saying that the money will not get return. How is this possible I don't understand at all.

I bought a pulser 150 byke since 2019 Jan in laxmi finance in NAD JUNCTION. I tried to close to my finance from 3 months but ur staf is not responding to be closed my finance ur service is worst service I never seen this type of services . U r blame the customers. So I suggested to public never use bajaj vehicles... Plz respond to my query as soon as possible.

Bike stops automatically

I purchased a new pulsar 125 cc from Varun Bajaj Vepagunta close to 8 months ago. My vehicle started showing technical problems since the day-1. Raised several complaints, technicians come and go but the vehicle condition is still the same. Please take necessary action.

@ varun bajaj isukathota.. I gave my pulsar 150 ap09 cn 4841 for general service along with head packing complaint where it has small engine oil leakage problem also oil leakage at front fork rods. When they handed over bike to me after paying 3500, i thought every thing was clear and when i'm on my way back to home, i observed that bike was not moving in 4th and 5th gear, i was shocked where this problem raised. Somehow i reached my house on 2nd gear and there i came to know that front disc brake was engaged and later need to change the entire caliber.
And also while running there is some disturbing sound at head packing location when i asked him he said it will be like that only and after two days i observed again engine oil was leaking.
Though they replaced front forks worth rs.2000 whenever bike crosses a bump there is some hard hitting sound between them.. When i asked regarding this then they are telling that i need to replace another part worth rs. 1000.
And also water service, i have never seen that kind of worst cleaning. Cleaning was done around 7:00 pm under dim light and that too within 5 min.
Such a stupid service i have seen for the first time in this varun bajaj which i had never seen earlier.
They made me to visit three days continously and still problem not solved and when asking the same they are telling me to visit again... I got frustrated with this and gave my bike to local mechanic.. Now my bike is in perfect condition with less expenditure.

part not replaced when bike is not even one month old.

I brought a avenger 220 cruise on 20th jan and last week my spring pedal fell of when i was in a heavy traffic. I could feel the brake pedal becoming loose. I went to the service center centre and told them. They asked me to buy the spring and then they would replace it or asked me to get the lost spring which i cannot as it fell off in traffic. They said they would contact me later but they just don't care. While buying the bike, they take money for extends warranty but when time comes, they try to escape. Such poor service.

I got my new bike ns 200 without completing my first service oil seal has been damaged.. I repared...and again with in 15 days again damaged so i gaved my bike in authorized service center in kondapur .they said that shld change complete part ... 1 month completed they r not giving any responce ...how long i could wait for my bike.

I have exchanged and bought a new vehicle from your varun bajaj dondaparthy show room on dec 2010 but recently i have to know that my exchange vehicle (Ap31 ae 4897 hero honda passion plus) owner name not been changed and showing my name (Vijay kumar p) as owner of the vehicle.
For this clarification / request i have approached the showroom twice in the last 6 months but there is no resolution from your end.
Now i wish to purchase another vehicle due to this issue i have to extra tax unnecessarly

I am very unhappy/frustrated by your service.
I have may issues with my bike since the second day i bought to my home, i am facing many issues like, engine sound, body vibration, un-comfort disk brakes system, and many minor issues, which haven't rectified yet, since my first servicing i visited 8 times to my near by varun bajaj service center, bike engineers and mangers are not cooperative, they always manage my bike but didn't gave any permanent solution to it, i am not comfort to drive my bike, every month i found some issues, hope this email give me a solution, final-hope for your best response.

No timely service, quoting non availability of mechanics, we have visited after working hours, even though we visit on time.

No satisfactory response from the staff, very rude behaviour with the customers .Each time I visit for servicing my vehicle, their reply is "you should have come tomorrow, day after tomorrow so on..is this the way you are serving your customers.when we seek a 1 min service to my vehicle, they refer some other private mechanic.they are trying to escape from their work.Very very very bad service i am getting from this dealer.My motorbike service is due since February 26, 2017, still i am unable get my bike service done.Hope you look into the matter seriously and resolvle the customer problems at the earliest .

I bought a pulsar 150 in varun bajaj showroom. Visakhapatnam in June 2014.. All my bike services are done in varun bajaj showrooms only.. But in past one of the servicing my byke silencer has been replaced some old damaged silencer.. still I now I didn't seen, Now it has a hole... bloody servicing centers frauds cheating customers badly..
Will u respond and change my silencer otherwise I will go legally..

Today i visit varun baja bhiamvaram location. I was sitting
May be 30 min in front of mr. Bharat (I think he is the sales manager in that location) for purchasing of bike. But he is not given response to me. I am trying to ask about bike few times and he is reject my words. He is not spoke with me minimum one min in that 30 min (First time very worst customer service i saw), then i desided not purchase bike in that location and i was leave from him. But he could not try to stoping me and he is not say any words when i am going from that location. Most worst service i saw today...

I have purchased Bajaj Discovery 125CC Vehicle in January-2012, registered also in January-2012. Now I approached to Bajaj Show Room for exchange my vehicle, they are telling that my vehicle was manufactured in 2011 and it will be treated as 2011 model. Now I will get lower exchange price if it is treated as 2011 model. Hence, I request to treat my vehicle as 2012 model.

I said the compley people to problen of my byke... that my byke dume is getting lose and side motrer is also lose and chain is getting lost make them tight but those people dint did any thing but they have kept more problem on my byke handel also become loose ...and the are taking money in free service...

negligence of varun bajaj 2 wheeler service

I have been running to and fro for the spare part of my bike avenger 200..the service center employees told me that the stem(front shock absorber)needs to be changed..ever since i heared this i have been looking for this spare part..the service center had placed an order on feb 2nd 2014..I am not sure if they have placed an order..they never called me..i went to them repeatedly several times to ask if the part has arrived and they told me to come after 3 days then they said 15 days and kept post poning it...today to my suprise the service center had received shipment of several new spares but mine did not arrive..now he is again telling me that it will take another 15 days..
Sir i have almost met with an accident due to not receiving the spare part so i have finally thought to inform you my situation as a last resort..i hope you take this seriously and take action as soon as possible..i am tired of hearing excuses from the service center..

Cheating done by varun motor mechanics

This is Indra A from Narsapur the main problem is with the new branch in narsapur they are selling new bikes with exchange offer and the cost of the new bike is Rs 75000 that is not a problem the mechanics who are in that showroom are quoting less amount for the bikes which came for exchange with model 2004 black pulsar for 13000 and pulsar 2005 for 14000 when customers are coming front to purchase that second hand bikes the mechanics are convincing that manager that sir we said that we will purchase that bikes than who will believe in your company means buying at less cost and selling for more with the help of mechanics .I thought of buying bike there because i went for new bike there they quoted 14000 for a good condition pulsar dtsi with model 2005 and when the customer is asking for that bikes means they are saying that the mechanics are purchasing is it the process with varun bajaj and there branches how customers will believe in you if it is so then who will believe in varun bajaj are that managers are familiar to customers are mechanics if the showroom is willing to run a long time means take immediate action..
I thought of buying new bike but after there quotation not only me many customers are thinking that they are cheating so kindly look into this matter and make a favour to the customers regarding correct valuation. and let the branch to not to sell bikes to mechanics and there related mechanics
