Varun Electronics — they are frauds and thefts please help.

I got thier number through justdial reference. Varun electrinoics. They came to my home to fix my led tv. The fraund who doesn't know anything about the tv jus to change 2 leds.. He broke the strip of the tv.. And tv is not working now.. After lots for arguing and he trying to make us fools.. He finally accepted that its his mistake. And said the will bring a replacement strip the next day.. From that day he is missing. We raised a complaint in justdial 3 times.. Jutdial is bigger frauds. They took the complaint got one call from thier mumbai headoffice then nothing.. After checking with the another repiar man.. They 2000rs repair is costing 12000 as this strip he broke alone cost 8000 and inside all the woring is damaged and he has stuck that with tape. So have to change all the leds.. What will we do. They are not picking calls.. Justdial is being bigger frauds.. They are varun electronics jp nagar.. This is class one cheating how can some one come to ur house and do this and go missing.. Please help us find a solution. Can't belive there are cheaters like this still and justdial is still put them as reference even after all this.
