Vasai Virar Mahanagar Palika — Property Tax name not updated and Tax amount is not correct

Dear Sir,
I am attaching a photo and my payment receipts of Property Tax of VVCMC actually property tax was made by the old owner name which is the fist issue i am facing here, i have provided my sales deed and all agreements which need to be submit but on Aug 2021 I received property tax receipt which having old owner name on it i.e Mr EKNATH TAMBOLI, i have question to VVCMC when we purchase house they take all the information and put it on online and not updating on property tax portal, then why we do property registration? why it is needed ?
Also the second issue in my previous receipts i have paid all the dues amount 2422/- and no balance amount on running Receipt No.: 236601 PROPERTY TAX No.: NL29/221/2 it was showing no previous amount balanced, Now I received latest Property tax bill which is showing previous balance 1901/- amount and running amount 1791/- total amount 3652 /-, so this is totally inappropriate why this is showing anyway ?

Please take some action and correct my property tax along with my name .
