I bought an aircooler in April month at Gummidipoondi branch, within 3 days fault occurred ( fan motor not working).
We informed to show room, after 15 days they came and check.
They are asked money for the service, within 3 days fault why should I pay? Again the same information is informed to Vasanth and co Gummidipoondi branch.
Again they are raise the complaint- same service team came and replace the other rewinded motor on May month. But motor not working properly( speed is too low).
So they concluded to give new product.
Now the problem is from showroom, because the product is warranty finished product.
I can't able to use the product and there is no support from vasanth and co.
I don't know what to do. If the same thing continue I have to go consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
