Extremely bad experience with Vasant and co, Shollinganallur - branch Chennai. False promises made by staffs and making the customers to wait at home. Made so many phone calls, mostly not picking up. Few calls were attended and committed with lies.

Booked a whirlpool refrigerator double door at Gowriwakkam branch on 16/07/2023 which has not been delivered till today.

Concerned persons are giving very lame excuses everyday. At the time of booking I was told the product will be delivered the next day itself. The words are not kept.

The worst experience and worst service by Vasanth & Co.
Either deliver the product by evening or else cancel my order...

I bought an aircooler in April month at Gummidipoondi branch, within 3 days fault occurred ( fan motor not working).
We informed to show room, after 15 days they came and check.
They are asked money for the service, within 3 days fault why should I pay? Again the same information is informed to Vasanth and co Gummidipoondi branch.
Again they are raise the complaint- same service team came and replace the other rewinded...

Regret to place a complaint that i have paid full amount for a Fridge, LG brand 340 Ltr capacity on 18.07.2023 at your Adyar Branch.
