We paid Rs.37000 on 31/03/2026 we purchased.
Committed delivery date 5/4/2026.

No proper response from the company side

We tried to connect the team all the day twice or thrice but no proper response.

We expecting our Rs.37000 or the ordered product in addition to neglecting our calls and treating us bad which cause the mental disturbance...

Wrong guidance in the matter of stabilizer

We have purchased a double door Samsung Refrigerator on 14.10.2025 from Your Sholinganallur branch. Mr. Ranjit was the sales. He has no full knowledge of the product he was selling. He was impressing us non existing features also. Please provide proper training to the sales team about the products so that the buyers are not misled.
We were insisting that a separate stabilizer also required though inbuilt is there. Mr. Ranjit wrongly...

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the washing machine I purchased, which has been repeatedly causing damage to my clothes during wash cycles.

Purchase Details mentioned below,

Product: Havels Lloyd 6.5Kg Top Load Washing Machine (Model No: LLOYD TL W/M GLWMT65GCGJA 6.5Kg)

Date of Purchase: March 22, 2025

Place of Purchase: At Vasanth & Co, 382, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, Coimbatore 641012.

Shortly after purchase, on April 01, 2025, I reported that the machine was tearing clothes. A service representative visited and, upon inspection, assured me that the issue is because the washing mode not selected as 'Gentle' and asked us to use Gentle Mode every time, he confirmed the issue had been resolved at that time. I was also informed that if the problem occurred again, an exchange of the product would be considered.

Unfortunately, despite following all usage instructions and care guidelines, the issue has occurred again today (28/04/2025), the saree items once again getting torn or damaged during washes. Totally 4 Sarees got torn, initially 2 sarees and now 2 sarees.
This has not only caused material loss but also shaken my confidence in the product’s quality and reliability with Vasanth & Co.

Action Requested: Given that this is a recurring issue, despite prior service intervention, I kindly request a product exchange with plastic drum as previously promised by your representative.

I have attached the photos of the damaged clothes and a copy of the invoice for your review.

I request your urgent attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

    I placed my order for the AC on Tuesday, 02.04.2025, under the bill number [protected] in Tambaram, Rajaji Salai Showroom. I made an explicit request for early delivery and installation due to a very important personal reason — my sister is giving birth to a child. Given the urgency of the situation, I communicated this clearly at the time of booking and even offered to pay extra for expedited delivery. However, despite my repeated follow-ups and assurances from your team that the product would arrive by the day after, today — Sunday — it still hasn’t been delivered.

    I have contacted both your customer care center and the showroom multiple times, and every time I was assured that the delivery would take place that day, yet it has not. This inconsistency in communication and failure to fulfill the commitment is deeply frustrating. Additionally, the responses I received from the showroom’s telecalling representative have been extremely poor and unhelpful.

    It feels as though my concerns are not being taken seriously, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received.

    I am so frustrated by this experience that I am even considering filing a case in consumer court if this issue is not resolved immediately. I no longer wish to pay any extra delivery charges for this delayed service.

        My father purchased a Godrej 1.5 ton AC on[protected] from vasanth & CO Guducanchery branch. I have discussed with the respective sales staff when purchasing the AC regarding we required discount on the product, she said, she will provide the discount in price.
        I hope the staff's commitment and purchased the product, while purchasing the AC, they conveyed that the AC price is Rs.36000, and they take our old AC on exchange Rs.2500, And provide the product price is Rs.33700. They not provided any discounts on the purchase. Due to some personal reasons, the exchanged AC is not available at our home. And our father & brother came to store and paid Rs.2500 (for exchanged amount).

        As a result, we didn't received any discounts on the product which we bought, we have checked in another retailer shops, the AC price is just Rs.33000, but in vasanth & Co we lost Rs.3200. This is really disappointing us for purchased the product.

        And the installation staff came to our home today and collected installation fee Rs.1500, and Rs.350 as a installation charges. As well as we paid Rs.650 for the copper wire, so totally we paid Rs.2500. When we asked the installation staff about the free installation, he said, we required coupon for free installation which collected from the respective vasanth & co store.

        So really we are frustrated and we since not happy with purchased the AC. I required proper solution for my concern, if not i will take a legal action and i will post this issue to all social media.           I was extremely happy when I purchased the brand-new Whirlpool refrigerator (Model no: WHI FF FRI IFPRO I CNV 355 ILLU ST (2S-TL) 21686 - S. no: INE[protected] on 10/06/2024 from Vasanth & Co, Velachery, Chennai.
          To my extreme disappointment, I am thoroughly dissatisfied currently with the product, since within this very short duration of the purchase 4 - 5 months, I had to raise 2 customer Product service complaints
          (CHE[protected]- Demo Installation
          CHE[protected] - Service complaint dated 08.10.2024 - Issue - No cooling of refrigerator &
          CHE[protected] - Service complaint dated 11.11.2024 - Issue - No cooling of refrigerator - Issue not resolved)
          In this regard, the top rated dealer Vasanth & Co, which I considered & suggested as the top best to many of my friends & colleagues is now in vain. As a customer, I feel it's a thorough loss of the reputation & product value for money and upon all the usage of the product is fully affected and stand still.
          In this regard, please provide the Replacement of the product immediately, which is the current want from our side.

            I have purchased Bluestar air condition in Vasanth & Co west tambaram on 18th August it was installed on 10th Sep sales person name is Edward. Bluestar service person come and installed and switch on the AC at the time outdoor fan sound is very high immediately I called Edward and inform the problem he said don’t through the outdoor box I will replace the outdoor after that he spoke to the bluestar person he said they will take care and change the front panel, today the come and change without any logo serial no nothing only plain sheet. I called to Edward it will come like this, how will I accept this. I am purchase AC from you only if any damage you are the responsible.

            I need to change the outdoor otherwise refund my amount. I am enclosed the bill your reference

              I have purchased one ton split AC of your company @ vasanth &co, namakkal branch on 24/02/2024 and bill no [protected]. (Bill copy enclosed)
              I donot know whether it is your original product or not.Till today my purchase is not taken into account.
              Till today inspite of repeated service requests made no body has come for service.
              I have one doubt wheater your people think that customer`s are their slaves.
              Also I have paid RS1061 on gpay to Vijayapriya Sithu service incharge Salem Branch on 14.03.2024 for the extended warranty as instructed by Vasanth&co Namakkal sales person cell no:[protected].
              But till today I din`t get any receipt for the amount and extended warranty copy.
              So I request to take immediate action for my querries early.

                  I purchased the Panasonic AC from the Coimbatore branch of Vasanth & Co on 100ft road. Given our upcoming travel plans, we emphasized the urgency of installation and received assurance from the dealer that it would be completed within a couple of days. However, after two days, we received a call from Panasonic installation team informing us that installation would be delayed by another three days because the installation request was made only two days after the purchase. This situation is extremely inconvenient for us, as we explicitly communicated our circumstances and only proceeded with the purchase based on the dealer's promise. Otherwise, we would have explored alternative options.

                    I have booked a washing machine and fridge in velachery store 2 days back and they have assured the product will get delivered by[protected] but they called me and stated due to stock unavailability the product will get delivered on 20th but today they called me and stating that we are facing stock issues u have to wait for 4 days to get the product delivered thing if the stock is not available means why these guys are taking a booking and getting money after getting money why they need to treat customer in bad way I need a solution for this from vasanth and co

                        I have purchased an Air conditioner, I opted for exchange it's been 2 months no one came for picking up the item. Thiruvottiyur branch.

                        You people are keen in selling things. Can't you do what you have been promised before you sold the product. Worst response. I had already initimated the person multiple times but no response....

                        I have purchased Sony Home Theater System by 28th Jan 2024. While product installation I am not satisfied with sound quality. I asked to return the product to Vasanth & Co and they told me to surrender the product.
                        After reaching Vasanth & Co with the product and they told we are taking the product back and the sales person and manager speech was informal and rude.
                        As per the Vasanth & Co refund policy says as "We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind."
                        Also I ordered mattress with same bill still and I paid the amount for mattress. But still it's not delivered to me.
                        Kindly take necessary action against showroom manager regarding his irresponsible and rude speech and I request you to get the product and refund my money.

                          I ordered and paid for 4 star 1.5 ton Daikin Air conditioners. But I got delivery of 3 star ACs only. They said its a mistake in their online portal and did nothing to resolve the issue

                            I have purchased an 85inch qled lg tv in vasanth and co which has located in thiruvattriur on January 1st 2023. From the 3rd week it self I have faced an minor issue like flickering the screen and I have informed the store that I am facing this type of issue they replied that they will come and fix the issue but no one has come then after some days I have forgotten about that. On November 2023 the entire tv screen turned into black and can't able to view then only I have realised that the screen has dead then I have informed the store about the issue and technician has come and investigated the lg tv and he replied me to take the tv to the service centre. But I have requested replacement for the tv because I don't have trust on screen replacement once they will change the screen with my guarantee but there was no assurance that the same problem won't repeat again. Hence again I have reached the store and requested for tv replacement the salesman told that he does not have that power to give an replacement so he asked the manger and salesman told like that manger has requested to the LG company for tv replacement but the LG company refused for TV replacement after that the salesman told that there was only option which was screen replacement for that I have to take the Tv and reach service center. I cant able to accept there response is that LG company Tv is worth only for an year the service will be like rude type?. It has been going nearly 2 month but still now my issue was not resolved from the store and LG company side. I need an justice for this and need an new tv replacement.
