I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase from your Gobi showroom.bill number: [protected] & [protected]I purchased two new products on Sunday noon around 1 PM and was assured delivery the following day.I specifically requested delivery in the afternoon, as the showroom is only 2–3 km away.Despite repeated follow-ups, delivery was delayed multiple times (promised at 30 minutes, then 5 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, and finally 9:30 PM).At closing time, your staff attempted to deliver a showroom display product, repacked in a damaged box that did not fit properly. This was not the new, unboxed product I ordered.Upon inspection, the box was torn and open on several sides, so I refused to accept it.When I enquired about fresh stock, I was told there were 10 pieces in the storeroom. However, when I visited, staff again tried to deliver the same display piece kept outside the showroom. Another staff member confirmed there were no other pieces available.Out of the two products ordered, only one was attempted for delivery, with vague promises that the other would be arranged later.This repeated miscommunication, false commitments, and attempt to deliver a display product instead of a new one caused undue stress and inconvenience.
