[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — customer service | |||
We went there to buy a washing machine day before yesterday. The lady who attended us was behaving with worst attitude. No politeness seen in any of the staff there. They are fixing the price for each product as they wish. None of the staff there know the meaning of customer service it seems. Even the owner will not have such an attitude. Whoever the authority, if you really wish to withstand the good name of your company please educate your staff to treat the customers properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
