I placed my order for the AC on Tuesday, 02.04.2025, under the bill number [protected] in Tambaram, Rajaji Salai Showroom. I made an explicit request for early delivery and installation due to a very important personal reason — my sister is giving birth to a child. Given the urgency of the situation, I communicated this clearly at the time of booking and even offered to pay extra for expedited delivery. However, despite my repeated follow-ups and assurances from your team that the product would arrive by the day after, today — Sunday — it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have contacted both your customer care center and the showroom multiple times, and every time I was assured that the delivery would take place that day, yet it has not. This inconsistency in communication and failure to fulfill the commitment is deeply frustrating. Additionally, the responses I received from the showroom’s telecalling representative have been extremely poor and unhelpful.
It feels as though my concerns are not being taken seriously, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received.
I am so frustrated by this experience that I am even considering filing a case in consumer court if this issue is not resolved immediately. I no longer wish to pay any extra delivery charges for this delayed service. Was this information helpful? |
