[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — Sold a defective product | |||
I bought a ultra perfect plus grinder 2 weeks back from tambaram west rajaji road. Invoice number : [protected] Last Wednesday morning I opened the grinder and saw the stone had a big crack. In order to report the damage immediately, I tried reaching the branch and the person who sold the piece spoke to me. She was very rude and he response was " we are not slave to you. We cannot handle this query. Cut the call and get lost " exactly the same she said in tamil What kind of people are you having in the shop. Then I wrote an email to.the head branch and gotta call from.them They asked me to.share the pictures and I did that as well. And they promised me that the stone will be replaced on monday but till.now.i.haven't got any response from your end and no response to my email as well. Incase am not receiving any response and solution by end of the day, I would appeal.this to the consumer court. Your sales person has zero knowledge on how.to address a customer and on top of it no solution was given. Was this information helpful? | |||
