vasanth & co , tambaram — Poor service

I brought, 1.5 ton ac and they provide poor delivery service, they didnt call the service center for installation, they give promises but there promises are send to garbage only, i called them but they didnt attend my call, so i my call samsung service center and booked ...Vasanth & co big looser...dont go vasanth &co tambaram, or other branches...plz...or you cam order online itself... Thanks
