Vasanth & Co — Worst delivery service on committed delivery of the products

Extremely bad experience with Vasant and co, Shollinganallur - branch Chennai. False promises made by staffs and making the customers to wait at home. Made so many phone calls, mostly not picking up. Few calls were attended and committed with lies.

Every time telling lies not speaking truth.

Last two days waiting for receiving items.

Unfortunate customers of vasant and co.

Not proper redressal system in such a big company.

Poor management on delivery of products.

Treating customers worst.

Suggest to the management to wake up and make proper infrastructure to deal with the issues facing by customers.
