We have purchased a double door Samsung Refrigerator on 14.10.2025 from Your Sholinganallur branch. Mr. Ranjit was the sales. He has no full knowledge of the product he was selling. He was impressing us non existing features also. Please provide proper training to the sales team about the products so that the buyers are not misled.
We were insisting that a separate stabilizer also required though inbuilt is there. Mr. Ranjit wrongly advised to purchase Premier Flat 100 Voltage Stabilizer which is used for refrigerator with 650 liters capacity. The fridge purchased is of 653 liters capacity. The Samsung Engineer, who came for installation said the stabilizer purchased will not suit. Mr. Ranjit says, the Samsung engineer does not know any thing and we are selling this stabilizer only for all products. you can also use.
