Vasantham Promoters — not providing registration & rectification documents after full payment

I have purchased below mentioned Plot Number from Vasantham Promoters. I have paid full amount & there is no due till date. After registration completion, I was able to see document was not correct. Since, Vasantham Promoters made mistake in the Sales Person Name in the registered documents. So, I have requested for the document correction and they have corrected the same and rectification document has been completed on 8-Mar-2019 and EC is generated on 2-May-2019. Now, they are refused to provide me the original registration documents and rectification document. They are asking me more money & saying irrelevant reason for same.

Please help me to get all registration documents and rectification documents from Vasantham Promoters ASAP.
