I bought a land from vasantham promoters. They promised patta will be given in 6 mths but now 9 yrs completed patta was not yet given.. When we ask for patta no proper response... I had a sale deed but can't able to find my land... They r not helping me to find my land location also... I need a imd solution..

Bought the plat around 2013 and paid the patta fees also but till now no response.

I have booked a panchayath approved layout in jun 2016 with an advance amount of 20k in meyyur near ambattur of chennai city, and decided to register in oct. But the court has banned registration of these type of approval lands in sep 2016, (Still the case in pending) now it's more than 1 year. I am asking for the refund since january.
