[Resolved]  Vasanth&co — Product failure from day one

We purchased a BAJAJ PEDESTAL FAN 16 NEO SPECTRUM from VASANTH&CO on[protected].

We assembled the fan and given power connection. It was not working.

Immediately we raised a complaint with VASANTH&CO, they raised a complaint and Bajaj service person visited and inspected the fan.

He informed that the fan motor is having problem, it has to be replaced. We informed them, the was not at all run for single min. Hence we requested them to replace the fan with another one. He informed that, we will be getting a token number, with that token number we have to replace the fan from VASANTH&CO.He requested us to send the invoice copy of the fan to raise the token.
We forwarded the invoice copy [[protected]]. But no token number received from them.

We have been following with VASANTH&CO both mail and phone. They advised us to send the invoice copy again to [protected]. We did the same. But there was no response. We contacted VASANTH&CO quite regularly. No positive reply.

Today we contacted [protected], they informed that BAJAJ is ready to replace the motor not the fan. We worried, how could be the fan got delivered with defective motor?

We want the fan to be replced, else our money has to be returned.

Recd a call from Vasanth&Co customer care. They assured to deliver the replacement fan on[protected]. But no replacement has reached us yet.
Very poor service.
