At 5 pm i board an auto with no mh43 ac 2662 for lp from nerul east station. I told to plug in meter and came to know meter not running and started abusing me, my mother and sister. He uses foul language and threatened to beat us. This happening in spite of traffic police at nerul station. Let know what action will be taken for auto plying without non working meters and they charging any amount and fooling customer.
