Vastavika Travels — not receiving at boarding point as well as not dropping 30 km away from the dropping point.

I booked vastavika travels bus from bangalore to bombay.

In bangalore my boarding point was
Boarding point address :

Bharath petrol bunk [protected],

But bus staff said that you have to go to majestic bus stand 15-20 km (2 hours) away from the actual boarding point.

As well as my dropping point was andheri east in mumbai but they forcedly dropped me at sion (2 hrs) distance from actual dropping point.

When i said that when i was booked ticket actual dropping point was andheri east he said that we have boarded 10 passengers more that's why you have to get down from bus because of there extra money and benefit he forcedly dropped me at sion.

He was getting more money (Extra) from the 10 passengers so suddenly he forced me to get down.

Very poor and humiliating incident occurred with me. It is rainy season and i don't know much about mumbai.

That's the way private bus service vastavika travels doing with passengers like me. I was alone there so no one was to help me.

I have a deep and humble request to authorities to take action against vastavika travels.

I am imagining what old people are feeling if they humiliated like this and dropped any where by private buses like vastavika travels.

Please please, authorities take action against this vastavika travels, i am deeply humiliated. I am attaching my bus ticket.
