I UTKARSH CHITRANSH, booked a flat in purnea phase 2, flat number GA-201(C), PH-02 in oct 2022. I also paid them 5 lakhs as down payment but I cancelled my booking on 04 aug 2023 because they did not have rera approval. After this I complaint various time but they are not returning my amount, they are only giving false assurance that it will be done in few days. I complaint to their customer care on [protected] but these people are total fraud they blocked my registered number after several complaint.
