Hi Team,
Please be noted that not a single sturcture in the vastu vihar premises seems to be of correct construction figure.
Most of the walls, pillars, beams and what not is de-aligned.
The contractor and the engineer who works on site has 0 knowledge of how the construction is being carried out.

There is a list o[censored]nfulfilled promises by the authorities of Vastu Vihar, Phase-I, Hajipur. Infrastructure is yet to be completed like safeguarding of occupants, drainage, lift, proper supply of water etc. It has been noticed that water is not supplied properly and the Security Guards are hardly available at the main gate resulting in water chaos in the afternoon. Hopefully Vastu Vihar Authorities take stock of the situation and do the needful. Lots of parking problems have been arising which need to be addressed.

It is to inform you that i have complaint many times to pranav (P.M) for replacing my water tank because it was leakage.

another problem is that the lights of phase 3 of sasaram as the connection has been disconnected by electricity office due to which there is chance for bad elements and other creatures. it is has reply that the electricity bill has not been paid by vastu vihar.
pls solve this issue.

In April 2018 first week ( till[protected] almost full payment done ( 95 % Payment - Through SBI Home Loan + Self ) .

In March 2020 all balance payment (Through SBI Loan ) also made to Vastu vihar .

From April 2018 to till November 2020, Handover of building is still pending due to incomplete of work . I am continuously chasing up with vastu vihar since last 2.5 yrs.

Take necessary action for compensation of almost 2.5 yrs delay.

After several reminder regarding the "Completion Works" of our booking i.e. Jayanti-6 Vastu Vihar Phase IV Bukru Ranchi your authorize official do not response and not peak our calls, if peak our call told that "Work will start after 15days or after festival etc.

Therefore, you are requested that kindly take the matter and resolve the issue immediately.
We will provide you video o[censored]nder construction work latter.

I have booked luxury building and paid amount of luxury but they are cheat with me they put class- deluxe in agreement. also they accepted there mistake and amended the class deluxe to luxury but they are doing work of deluxe class, when i objected they are doing very villain like activities. also they done very mis construction in my house, also they accepted it in written but no any coming in front of me to provide any compensation.

I Vivek Nigam had already been paid excess amount for construction of my Yamuna 8 unit of siktaur, Gorakhpur. Further it was promised to me to handover my unit in Diwali2020 by Mr. Sanjay Singh & Mr. Ankur giri of Vastuvihar but till now the construction of Yamuna 8 is not completed.
Now I want the possessions of my unit at the as soon as possible.
Hence it is adviced you to immediately augment the progress of construction in my unit & handover ot to me by December'2020. Thanks.

In our locality there is no drainage system and today our water pipe is broken...

I have cancelled my booking before 2 years ago.but still I have not received my refund. This is very worst company. Refund as soon as possible, other wise I will do FIR.

I invested my money in VASTU VIHAR, PH-03, MODEL VASTU NANO, BLOCK-C, UNIT NO- F/F-02, GRADE-LUXURY in 2013. They promised me to give possession of my flat in 36 months. After given almost 90% (426259 rs)of my money. I saw that only 20% construction has been done over there. I said them so many time about this.
Then in 2017 they said me that this construction will take more time to get it complete and influenced me to change this into their new project of ph-06. For this Again they took 1, 01, 000 rs and 4, 26, 259 which I given them already. Total 527259 rs they invested in their new project ph-06, unit no- SBE-29, block type simplex, grade-luxury, customer id-22518, city-Gaya type-2BHK.
For this project they promised me to give possession of this in 3 years and said that first they will make a swimming pool over there. After my several requests registery of that plot they had be done.

After almost 1 year I saw that they did not constructed anything over that project. Then I asked for this then they said that very soon we are going to start construction over there. Several time I asked about this but they said always same dialogue to me. Very soon.

Then in may' 2020 they said me that some dispute is over there on that plot. So again I have to switch my investment into their another project. I refused for this and asked to return my 5, 27, 259 soon. They asked this in written from me along with a cancelled cheque. Then I had given in written also with a my cancelled cheque on dated 08/07/2020. They said me to return my money within 30 days but they did not do this.
Mr Deepak Kumar, project manager, he is always taking time and harassing me mentally. He is talking like this that I think he is not afraid from anybody or anything.
So I request again that please return my money very soon.

In spite of too many reminders some infrastructure related works still pending. Though some works have been done but some works still need to be done. Dogs and the sweeper's sons are menace. Dogs either go up or down the stairs only to desecrate on the floors outside the rooms. If a gate like structure at the start and end of stairs is erected we can get rid of dogs' menace.
A sweeper is one of the basic requirements of vastu vihar. But sadly the sweeper's sons at e-block is not only threat to vehicles but also to other belongings e. G. They stole cloth clips from the roof. As a result of that some clothes were blown by the gusty wind some days ago. The guards dont want to take the responsibility of rebuking them, resulting in loss of money and mental agony.in the past these rogue sons of sweeper had hit my car with brick and iron rod in my absence.
It is requested to take some coercive measures.

I booked yamuna building in 30/08/2015 in silliguri matigara project. Still my building is not ready. They took 42 lacks from me. And the work is incomplete. Thus is very sad to file a complaint against a reputative compa y but the staff and the director of that project are lier. The roof is leaking, the walls get damped befor handover and there is so many things which shows taht they didn't bother about any customer concern

I am tracing ti complete all work since jan 2019 but still work is not completed also there is lots of defects which they were not taking interest to complete. I am enclosing the detect details.

One of my relatives has booked a nano flat in the project of vastu vihar near aiims, patna about 3 and half years back. The full payment was done in october, 2019. The company has promised to allot flat and hand over the same just after the payment but till date after more than 10 months of the complete payment, they have not allotted flat. They said firstly the flat will be allotted just after deepawali in 2019, later, they ask saying they will provide by december, 2019 and after that they are till now escaping day by day by making forged promises and extending the day of allotment of flat day by day creating great inconvenience to my relative.

This is in regards to complaint ID: 2156264 which i raised on 25 Nov 2018.
Vastu Vihar team in Deoghar, Jharkhand is not handing over 2 flats booked in the name of my parents.
2 nano flat on first floor of last building was booked in 2013 and 2014 north east and north west location.
They also assigned my flat to someone else after numbering the flat on their own.
In my last complaint the company assigned a person to settle the issue in 2018. After 4 days of frustration he told us that they have solved the issue and the flat will be handed over to us after completion.
On 31st August 2020 we called the project manager of the Deoghar site that we want to take over the Custody of flat on durga puja.
Now they are saying that the other party has filed a court case and hence the flat will not be handed over till the case result is not declared.
When we talked to the company lawyer he tries to convince us in taking another flat and created the same scenario as they did in 2018.
As per our understanding they are trying to take our flat by hook or crook and sell the flats on higher rate to other customers.
It has been 6 years and 7 years and the flat has not been handed over to us.
We are desperately seeking for help.
My parents are old and i fear this issue created by vastu Vihar team will lead to my parents depression.

Sir,
Here in adityapur transport nagar huge crisis of water and electricity nowdays.
I suggest you to take maintainance cost from us but atleast give proper facilities.
Kindly look into the matter otherwise i transfer this complaint to higher officials.

I have purchased yammuna big at your ara sight. Even after 3 year of completion it. But work not start yet

Mr rajneesh kumar is threatening for adverse consequences for admin for hand over of jayanti duplex in asansol phase i, the flooring of the house is horrible, not suitable for puttin it even on boundary wall, when i asked to replace it he simply denied and told me to pay extra for flooring.
I have already paid appx 34 lakhs so far but he is still asking for money every now and then. I am afraid of his links with mafia which he admitted few months back, but how long i should be afraid of him and for how long do i have to pay him money

Booked my jayanti house in june 2016 and was given assurence that i will be given occupation certificate by october 2017,
But, this is 2020 july the project is not yet completed, they delayed every thing from registration to deed to paperwork for bank loan, they even made papers for bank loan for just 18.64 lakhs where as the cost of jayanti is appx 34 lakhs. They did not stopped here they forced me to pay 1 lakh -3 lakh multiple times, being a govt servant it was very hard for me to manage money as per their demands and targeted time,
Now i have retired from service and want to sattledown in asansol, for the same purpose i contacted the present manager his behavior is same as any mafiya he threatened me of severe consciences if i asked for complition of my house, he said he have a manpower of not less than 50 people who will make my life miserable.
Recently i visited my incomplete house and was shocked to see the flooring made by marble stones it is not even fit for placing on boundary wall, multiple colours and of different sizes, i asked me rajneesh to change the flooring on which he said you will have to pay extra for the flooring,
I have paid extra for everything from bricks to tiles, the cost of the house when i booked was 2535000 but as on today i have paid more than 34 lakhs and still he is demanding money, i am afraid of his mafia links please help

I have booking nano flat at kolkata project by 1 lackhes.. Its rate of price 650000.3rd floor. They are telling me you are position 1 year. I have booked august 2018. But they are not starting construction after 1 year some government issue. Project manager (Otheros) advised me you are cancelled and return your money and i do it (September 2019). But full money will be not return across 9 month. Please return my money (50000). Please help me
