Vasudev Adigas — unpalatable rava idli

I had faced a similar issue earlier with vasudev adigas at kengeri & i had voiced my complaint in the same forum. Seems they are ignorant and least bothered about customer complaints. I had been to this outlet on 2nd dec 2017 in the evening, we were a group of 5 & ordered 2 rava idli, 2 idli vada & 1 masala dosa, during the process of taking the order we voiced our concern that the last time we were served cold food & requested them to make sure we get our dishes hot.
The service time was quite good, but when the rava idli, was served at the table we immediately realized it was cold & informed the waiter of the same, he took the rava idli back & was served the rest of the dishes to our surprise, again the coconut chutney that was served to the table along with the idli vada was watery which was same the last time too.
A little over 10 minutes and the rava idli was back on the table after quite some pushing from our end as the rest of my family had completed the idli vada and the masala dosa, now the rava idli was as cold as when they took it back for re-heating. We did tell the waiter about the issue & his reaction was we cant re-heat it as the cooks are not willing to, then why in the first place they had taken the order if they are not able to serve hot rava idli & after taking it back again the issue is not resolved.
I really feel the brand value is being jeopardized, with irresponsible wait staff & nobody to monitor the food that leaves the kitchen.
