I received the magic broom. Actually in your advertisement it is spin broom. There is difference in name.
This broom is not fit for sweeping the floor. So, we request you kindly take back the item. Refund the amount of rs 2298.00. A company of repute like you should not sell such dubious china products. The customers will lose trust on you. This is product not at all do any sweeping function at all.
The same return issue was also informed to your customer on the date of delivery ie 12-06-18 phone no[protected]:09 hours ie is with in 24 hours. They suggested to write email. So this complaint.

Before selling such dubious products kindly verify the antecedents of actual suppliers and truthfulness of the advertisement.
