[Resolved] Vcare Hair Clinic — complaint on customer support and products department | |
I selected few products from vcaretricology.com, and i made the online payment with delivery charges, i did even received an acknowledgement letter to my mail with payment status success. but who is processing, when it will come to me and no phone numbers to contact, no replies to any mails, every day one new person will call and ask me and when i explain she will tell call you in 5mins, 1/2 hr, 15 mins ...but no call backs and completely different language, only Tamil no English no any other language ...i dont understand what is happening, to whom i should contact, to which mail i should contact, does somebody exist in product department or is it really working or its not working, , , , , what the hell is happening ...im really confused that such a highly recognized company VCARE customer care is so bad that they cant even address people and when u go to any clinic at first they will first talk only about the money and they ask us to pay full amount and later you people do all bogus things ...any justification from Vcare.
