[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — Complaint in respect of Hair Transplant Treatment Invacare Kit, Reg

I am MOHAN RAJ.S, my customer id is ATS23090013. Let me explain briefly about my issue. I have started treatment for my hair loss and visited your T Nagar Branch (Near AGS Cinemas) on 18/9/2023. One Dr. Lakshmi Priya suggested me to take a hair transplant and was informed about the fee details on the same day. Which is mentioned below,
1) a) Hair Transplant + Post care - Rs. 2, 00, 000/-
b) Hair Transplant + Post care – Rs. 1, 50, 000/- to 1, 55, 000/-
(After discount)
c) Hair Transplant + Post care – Rs. 1, 30, 000/- (Finally fixed)

2) Invacare kit – Rs. 7950/-

Further I have requested the doctor that I am not capable of such a huge amount, if you give some other discount. I will take the above said treatment or otherwise I will quit the same. Hence the said doctor instructed me to contact one Mr. Adil Ahamed (ASM) of your clinic. Therefore, I visited your Ambattur branch and met Mr. Adil Ahamed (ASM) on 29/09/2023. He has initially said the treatment cost will be Rs. 1, 35, 000/- for hair transplant and Rs. 7, 950/- for the said Kit. But I replied that I am not capable of such a huge amount for the hair treatment, I will take the said treatment if the fee amount and kit has been fixed as Rs. 40, 000/- to Rs. 80, 000/- or otherwise I will quit the same. But Mr. Adil Ahamed (ASM) finally fixed the fee amount for the said treatment along with kit as Rs. 1, 18, 858/- on 29/09/2023 and I have paid a sum of Rs. 5, 000/- for advance and made remaining payment on 30/09/2023 through a personal loan, which is suggested by your clinic. I did hair transplant on 13/10/2023 of your Super Speciality Clinic at T Nagar, Chennai. But after the hair transplant at the end of the day your staff asked me about are you bought any kit for Post care of hair transplant treatment and I replied that I have billed for Invacare Kit on 30/09/2023 but not yet received the same. After that your staff was given one kit namely “Regen” and given instruction on how to use the same. Further I have visited your Super Speciality Clinic on 14/10/2023 and 17/10/2023 for regular check-up and also visited the said Super Speciality Clinic on 27/10/2023 (15th Day) and the doctor who is in charge at that time examined my hair and given some suggestions after that your staff again asked like are you bought Invacare kit, which is worth about Rs. 9, 560 and it is mandatory for post care of hair transplant treatment. At that time, I was shocked and surprised to hear the same, since I had already bought the said kit. Hence, I have asked the staff what is the requirement of the said kit. After that only I came to know that the “Regen” and “Invacare” are different one and both kits are mandatory for post care of hair transplant treatment. Otherwise, it will definitely affect my hair growth. Thereafter I replied to the duty staff that no one gave any information about the “Regen” kit. I have visited T. Nagar (AGS Cinemas), Ambattur branch and the above said Super Speciality Clinic all are given instructions about only the “Invacare” kit. Hence, I have contacted Mr. Adil Ahamed (ASM) over the phone call and he replied that “Invacare” kit is mandatory you have to bought the same for better result and also accused me like that you should have inquired the same while billing, I am not responsible for the same. Whereas I have replied that I am already informed you on 29.09.2023 like,
“I am not capable of such a huge amount for the hair treatment, I will take the said treatment if the fee amount and kit has been fixed as Rs. 40, 000/- to Rs. 80, 000/- or otherwise I will quit the same.”
After that only you are finally fixed the fee amount for the said treatment along with the kit as Rs. 1, 18, 858/- on 29.09.2023 and on the same day I had also informed you about my financial capability. If both kits are mandatory, you should have informed me. But you didn't do that and you put me in this predicament by acting only on the thought of completing your daily target and if they had informed me about this at the time of my payment, I would have considered whether I needed the treatment or not and whether it would fit into my financial situation and acted accordingly. But now you are forcing me to buy the above said kit, I pointed out that this is not fair. Hence, I said you are liable for the said act and you have to give the above said “Invacare” kit as complimentary, otherwise it will amount to deficiency of service. Further, I have informed the above said issues to the receptionist available in the Super Speciality Clinic, T Nagar. After that he advised me that the said “Invacare” kit (3 No’s) as mandatory for post care of hair transplant treatment. Otherwise, it will definitely affect your hair growth. Further he said like it is your own risk we are not responsible for the same. Hence, I will give a 4.7% discount and instructed me to buy the same. But I replied that I do not have such a huge amount and also it is not at all communicated by any one from your clinic at the time of billing. Hence, I asked to give the said kit as complimentary, but he refused to give the same. Aggrieved by the same, I have initiated a complaint through voice call (+[protected] on 27/10/2023. But I have not gotten any reply till date. Thereafter Mr. Adil Ahamed (ASM) was contacted me over mobile phone at about 6.44 PM on the same day and making accusation against me finally he agreed that it is purely on communication error and I will get instruction from your doctor how to solve the issue without using the said kit and will give any other alternative solution tomorrow morning. But he has not done that. Further after 15th day (27/10/2023) of my hair transplantation, I lost my trust personally and mentally I suffered a lot. Whereas I am not able to know how to solve the issue and your staff’s also not given any instruction about the said issue till now. You are highly responsible for my mental issues for these last 2 days.
Therefore, I hereby request you to kindly consider the above said situation and issue the said “Invacare” kit as complementary and try to give the result as promised by your institution within 6 months.
