I was promised by the doctor that the total cost for my hair treatment would not exceed ₹70, 000. However, after paying this amount, I have also been pressured to buy additional serums and tablets at extra cost—money I did not agree to pay upfront.
Despite investing my time, hope, and money in this treatment, there are no visible results as promised. This is a serious breach of trust and misleading practice.

Moreover, I noticed improper hygiene practices at your clinic. For example, the dermastamp equipment is only cleaned with running water, whereas proper sterilization requires alcohol to kill allergens and bacteria. Yet, the doctors suggested cleaning with hot water, which is inadequate and unsafe.
This reflects poorly on the clinic’s standards and raises doubts about the safety and quality of your treatments.
If your treatment cannot deliver the promised outcomes within the agreed cost, why am I being forced to pay more? I demand a clear explanation and a refund for the ineffective treatment and unauthorized extra charges.
Please address this urgently.
