[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — Forced me to purchase their treatment

I visited vcar hair clinic in omr on 30th apr 2024. i have grey hair and intension is to find the reason for grey by test and opted for HMA test. but the doctor & branch manager forced me to purchase their treatment kit eventhough i refused multiple times and i said i am not interested.

They told the treatment is worth 32000 but we are giving you 14000 discount. but when i received the product and checked the MRP the total around 18500 only. But the actual product not even worth of 5000. A cheap serum and hair oil they call as treatment kit.

The doctor claims they can reverse grey hair caused by genetics also. but there is no scientic evedince for that. and no scientific evidence for the products as well.

Then i asked for return of product on the next day. still they are not responding to my claim.

I want the company to accept my return and refund my hard earnded money.
