[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — hair loss treatment failure

I visited Vcare clinic for hair loss treatment consultation in February. I just wanted to get consultation/to find out what was the reason behind hairfall. The doctor advised that i have to take their treatments straightaway. The cost was a bit too much and I was a hit hesitant. The doctor said there are three different packages, one for controlling hairfall, one for controlling hairfall and promoting some hair growth and the third one for excessive hair growth. I got the second kit as my hair fall was starting to worry me at that point. The doctor gave me 4 kits to be used for 6 months. I paid 30, 000 Rs for this. I asked her what if my hairfall increased after using these products. She advised that all the products are natural and there will be no side effects whatsoever. I started using them early March. I got in touch with the doctor after one month of the treatment as my hairfall had increased at that point. She advised its just the week hairs falling. Now after 7 weeks my hairfall has increased tremendously, my hair has thinned to 1/3rd of what i had 6 weeks ago and i can see patches all over my head. I have stopped using their products completely. After just a week of not using their products, hairfall is back to normal. I definitely need a refund of my money as i need to see a hair specialist here to fix the damage vcare has done for my hair.

I spoke to your Chennai Tnagar brnach manager ([protected]). I explained the problem and he asked me to send pictures of the scalp, which i did. He advised he will call me back and never did. He stopped picking up calls from my number.I tried from another number after few days and got through to him. He advised someone from the management will call me. This was on 18th May. Till date no one called me. can you escalate this? Also what's your email address to which i can send through the details?
