[Resolved] Vcare Hair Clinic — Hair Transplant- Very Bad Service

I am Sathesh Kumar, Madurai. I had done hair transplant treatment in Madurai 5month before. Till now there is no improvement and also doctors consultation not happened. Since They said my surgery Doctor is not coming to Madurai. I have spend Rs. 1, 35000 and also spent before treatment lab test around 5000. Even though they are asking to buy inva kit Rs. 6200 every month .

Madurai manager Hema said false commitment, if I pay 135000/- all inclusive of medicine treatment everything. But later they are nurturing money for lab test and kit, medicine etc. Waste my money. Service is very poor. I call for this all time, but response very poor. Low Hair density and transplant hairs very less quantity by them.

Give me a proper solution or repay my paid amount.

Updated by Satheshkumar86 Hi, just discussion went so many persons. But not getting any service regarding treatment and no hair improvement. Even surgeon Dr and manager discussed past only not give any treatment and support. Now they didn't follow up even monthly maintenance also. Utterly waste of money. Need results not discussion.

Before admission they have committed everything inclusive of treatment 135000 tablet, lab test etc. After paying amount they are cheating not give tablet, lab fees paid 5000. Now I bought 5000 worth of tablet and oil from out of Vcare which they have suggested. Maintenance Rs.25000 not worthy.
