Updated by Nvgeetham It's almost 6 months gone Since we applied for refund. There is no response from them. On November month i sent a complaint to you, that time only I received a phones from the vcare team after that they ensure to provide cheque with in a week after that there is no response from the team.
So please help me to get the amount from them.
It's to be very useful for my family situation. please help me to solve the issue. otherwise please guide me to refund the amount.
