[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — I'm complaining about PRP treatment service that is not offered

After my visit to the clinic during February 2020, doctor advised me to go for PRP treatment and subsequently I had undergone first session of PRP on 29.02.2020. My second sitting is not yet fixed despite making many attempts to contact Indiranagar branch. The treatment fees has already been paid and the service is not provided. No proper response received from Indiranagar branch more often than not. On a serious note, I'm writing you and if the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will escalate the matter with consumer court forum. Despite being patient, it appears that you have taken me for granted.

Tried calling Chennai head office to inform the on going proceedings and unable to contact due to service interruption at their end.
