I have paid 16048/- to vcare for the hair treatment in one go. Team said no treat ment the will be provided for this condition due to some rashes in scalp after one week. The manager of Hanmakonda branch assured that money will be re funded within two months in Nov2019. Now it's already one year. Please tell me how I need to proceed with this.
