Vcare Hair Clinic — No result and delayed product

I have taken 4 sessions of biocell treatment in vcare.. Still i did not get any result.. So they suggested another new product for hairloss.. But it's taking so long to come.. They say product is not coming from chennai.. Is that true? Please be responsible and satisfy the client's needs.. Hope u reply soon with a solution for this..

I'm one of the client in vcare chennai. I'm unhappy client. They have unprofessional behaviour and their services are poor. I have reported about the service but they did not improve.
