[Resolved] Vcare Hair Clinic — non receipt of hair oil

I had made an online purchase of hair oil from this company on november 12, 2019 vide ebs payment id:[protected]. The merchant reference number allotted was 30917. Post the online payment of inr 858/- done by me, i never received the consignment!

I wrote them a mail on november 26, 2010 on their mail id: [protected]@vcareherbalconcepts.com, continuously messaged them on their business whatsapp number: +91 [protected] on nov 24, 26, 28, december 14, 2019 & the latest message was sent by me on january 4, 2020. The whatsapp messages are being read but no reply comes from their end. Absolute silence from their end.

I also tried reaching them on[protected] several times during the months of november, december 2019. But the calls never went through! I have left messages on their website contact section but the same story.

There is absolutely no response.

I request you to get the company to deliver the consignment for which i paid for on november 12, 2019.

Hi, As soon as i lodged my complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in on January 10, 2020 & the moment, it got forwarded to the concerned product provider company, that is, M/s Praba's VCare Health Clinic (P) Ltd, things started to move! M/s Praba's VCare got into frantic activity mode. Their Customer Care personnel mailed me first saying that they will look into the matter. Within hours of this mail, i got another mail from them which said that the concerned HAIR OIL (4 nos) is getting sent out thru DTDC. Today, i got the consignment! All this in matter of 3 days FLAT. Imagine, i had placed the order on November 12, 2019 & despite numerous follow ups either thru mails, phones calls (by the way, their TOLL FREE number is non operational), WhatsApp messages, they didn't do a thing for nearly TWO months. ABSOLUTE silence from their end till i lodged a complaint on Consumer Complaints. Consumer Complaints is indeed a very effective forum for harassed consumers like me!

You provided radiation therapy as a part of hair fall treatment..But it is not good for health..As a result, I got diagnosed with CML, leukemia...so as soon as possible just close your clinic..it ruined my life...so stupidity of me for choosing you...
