Vcare Hair Clinic — Not providing service properly

I have been taking slimming treatment for past 3months but till now they reduced only 1kg & also whenever i call for an appointment they are saying that our therapist left the job so we don't have staff. My question is "the whole vee care branches is depending upon only one therapist. I am really unhappy with ur service. I paid 19000 for this treatment. Pls response any one from vee care team.
