Customer I'd: in vcare hair clinic SLM20080057.

I have undergone hair treatment at vcare salem clinic. Since I am not able to continue the treatment, I request them to refund the cost o[censored]navailed treatment. I have sent mails and registered post, but no response from them . Please help me
