[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — poor service, response and false information

I am mrs. Hemalatha iyer from mumbai. I had on 31st may 2020 had a online telephonic consultation with dr. Kamakshi after paying consultation fees of rs. 300/-. I was asked by the doctor to go for rtk kit for rs. 20, 000/-. I was told by dr. Kamakshi that this was the offer rate only for that day and that i should make use of it. I believed her words and transferred online rs. 20, 000/-. Immediately. I am suffering from health problems and thought of consulting my doctor whether i could go for this treatment which also involved taking internal medication. Since my doctor advised against the above treatment, i requested dr. Kamakshi to cancel the order which she said is not possible. I was subsequently asked to speak to dharshini in this connection. There were few conversations and exchange of messages onwhatsapp which are self explanatory. I was left with no option but to go for the package since she said that there is no policy of refund in vcare. Subsequently, i received the invoice which had reflected my address incorrectly. I was later told that the consignment has been despatched and since there was no home delivery in mumbai i need to collect it from the courier by visiting their office personally.. Today when i had sent a whatsapp message to dharshini to enquire about the status of the courier, i was sent a whatsapp message by darshini stating that all cargo flights are cancelled and the consignment has to go through land transit only. From the exchange of messages you will observe that dharshini totally gave all false information. When my daughter in law spoke to her this morning she never allowed her to speak and was very rude and disconnected the call. This shows how customers are taken for granted and cheated by vcare. I sincerely request that strict action be taken against vcare and the concerned employees who besides being rude and arrogant, disconnected the phone. I need an immediate solution to this problem failing which i will be forced to initiate further necessary action against vcare for this shoddy treatment.
