I m. Arunkumar, s/o. Late. K. T. S. Mani, residing at 78, mullai nagar, orikkai, kanchipuram town and i am the chairman and correspondent, running a matriculation school under the name and style of bharathidasan matriculation higher secondary school, at orikkai, kanchipuram. Our school is recognized by the state of tamil nadu and our school is esteemed institution and having high regard among the public in and around kanchipuram district. There are about 7000 students are studying in our school. Our school is also securing 100% result continuously in both s. S. L. C. & higher secondary course.

Myself and my school secretary mr. Ramesh saw your advertisement and believe that you are one of the reputed and pioneer in treating hair and skin related problems because you used to advertise extensively in print, visual and online media. On the trust and confidence on your part we had contacted you at first instance on 31/08/2015 for consultation. I was attended by one dr. Bavya as a consulting doctor who was worked in your hospital. As a doctor she advised me to undergo activated follicular transplantation – delta – session for his hair treatment.

I was assigned customer code anr 15080165 and the total treatment package was fixed at rs. 4, 10, 400/- which included tax also. We also paid a sum of rs. 5, 000/- under receipt no. Anr/am516/s/000120 dated: 31/08/2015 as advance

On 14/09/2015 your staff have contacted me through phone and asked me to present at the clinic for treatment the next day. Your staff have also insisted me to pay the balance amount of rs. 4, 95, 000/- (Rs. 3, 60, 000/- for aft + rs. 3500/- per day for 15 months + tax) as cash at once. Accordingly i was paid rs. 4, 95, 000/- cash to your representative by name, m. Shanmugaraja on 14/09/2015 at my residence stated above
As per the advised by your staff i was physically present with mr. Ramesh at your operation theatre hospital situated in t. Nagar in order to undergo treatment. As usual you have taken blood and urine samples of me and tested the same before treatment. On testing you have disclosed that sugar level was very high and so no operation can be done and advised me to take medical treatment for diabetes and then come for the treatment.

Only on your disclosure we came to know about the same and then undergoing treatment for the same. My diabetes consultant was advised that my hair related problem was due to diabetes and he need not to worry for the same. There after my decided not to undergo medical treatment under your institution. So we contacted your staff dr bavya many times personally to refund the total amount of rs. 5, 00, 000/- paid by me. But no responsible answer comes from your mouth so for.

Finally my secretary mr. Ramesh met your manager on 07.02.2020 at new branch for the refund and we sent mail twice as he request ([protected]@vcaretrichology.com) for the better result. Kindly do the needful for us as soon as possible.

I herewith attached my bill and cash receipt for your reference.
